Most Story Boards features a collection of family, children or individual images. However, one of my favorite ways to create a Story Board is using a sequence of images. These are normally images taken within seconds (literally) of one another. Here are a few I created from my last session.
I received a call from Dr. Lewis several months ago regarding scheduling a session for her two daughter’s senior photos. I had planned on photographing them next year when I return to shoot a wedding, but I was very excited when the girls decided they wanted to do the photo shoot during our time in Arkansas.
We shot in a neat little town just walking distance from their home.
Two beautiful girls, gorgeous eyes, an awesome location and six outfits later, I realized I was going to be in trouble. My 2GB SD card was already full! Yes, we took LOTS of pictures.
I stayed up a little later last night to post some extras! Enjoy!
MY GOSH, YOU MADE MY GIRLS LOOK SO BEAUTIFUL, AND SISTER PICTURES, I KNOW ARE HARD.
YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN YOUR PROFESSION, AND SINCE YOU ARE SO TALENTED, YOU WILL BE DOING ALL
ARE FAMILY, WEDDING, AND OTHER PICTURES IN THE FUTURE. QUITE THE EYE FOR EXCELLANCE CHRISTY!

If I told you we had a really, really great time in Arkansas would you believe me?
Despite the first picture I took there, we actually had a wonderful time in NW Arkansas visiting Matthew’s parents on our road-trip back to Georgia. (If you’ve had a session with me and your child was not loving picture-time, I’ve probably told you how difficult it is to get my own son to smile when the camera is out. Now, you see it for yourself!)
I had to post an extra photo of Grey. Why? Well, look at him. He was such a sweetie-pie. Another great family… adorable kids, fun parents… I LOOOOOVE my job!!!
I did two family sessions at my in-laws house in Arkansas on Thanksgiving day. It was a great backdrop for this family who all love horses and the country. I love girls who can wear cowboy boots and still look totally cute and stylish!
I should have known I was in trouble when Hayley called me giggling and said, “I have this really crazy idea for our Christmas cards.” I should have said no, but, considering they are our really close friends, I went along with her idea.
Before showing this photo, I must give a few disclaimers:
1. NO PHOTOSHOP WAS USED IN THE MAKING OF THIS IMAGE.
2. NO ONE WAS INJURED (or shrunk) IN THE MAKING OF THIS IMAGE.
3. THIS IS IN NO WAY A REFLECTION OF MY PROFESSIONAL WORK. I WILL NOT DUPLICATE THIS SHOT EVER AGAIN. (DON’T TRY TO BRIBE ME WITH MONEY. IT WON’T HAPPEN.)
I hope I’m not ruining Aaron & Hayley’s Christmas card surprise, but I just HAD to post this picture. Yes, it’s totally weird and strange; but, it makes me smile each time I see it.
Dear Christy,
These storyboards are awesome. You are the most talented photographor. Ever!!!
