Renovation: Before & After!

Matthew sees potential.
I see work.

Matthew says, “Let’s make it our own!”
I say, “Too many expensive choices.”

Matthew smiles as the dust reveals transformation.
I look at a destroyed house, feel overwhelmed and head back to the apartment (where I decide I wanted to live forever and ever).

All the work we’ve put into our ‘new’ (1970’s) house has felt like a roller-coaster. (The kind of coaster that make you super-sick. Not the kind where everyone hops off smiling and high-fiving one another.)

It certainly felt longer, but after only 5-weeks, we’re officially FINISHED!
