As I pulled out of my driveway, without any thought or brain-power, I typed in Missy and Marty’s address right into my GPS. As I drove to their home, it struck me that, not only do I NOT need my GPS, I actually KNOW their address without looking!
I’ve been SO happy to document their lives for the past 4 years! I’ve got to document their family of three, almost-family of four, Jackson’s arrival, milestones, birthdays and a Lifestyle Session. It’s so much fun to walk around their house and see SO many family memories on every inch of her walls. Missy refers to it as “Christy’s gallery.” Love it!
This session was EXTRA special because I got to meet the new member of the family… Jordan!
Thanks, Missy! As always, I loved seeing your wonderful family!
Just when I don’t think you can outdo yourself…you go and do it again. Thank you for coming down and taking such beautiful photos of my precious family. You truly are a HUGE part of our family and we love you dearly. Thank you for capturing such sweet moments of our family over the years and I pray that you will capture many more. I love them all!!!

Their pictures turn out wonderful every time you photograph them! From their outfits to smiles there is so much personality in each image.
I’ve had so many people tell me the same thing Rebekah did… It has been WAY too long since their family scheduled a session. We all know how hard it can be to plan, organize, dress and show-up for photos. But, like I always tell everyone, you’ll be SOOOOO happy you did it!
Here are a few of Rebekah and her family…
With Mother’s Day around the corner, maybe it’s the PERFECT time to ask for a FAMILY SESSION to capture YOUR special memories and favorite people!
I kind-of fell in love with Abigail the first time I met her in the hospital. I just loved her hair and little lips. I keep hoping Travis and Kathleen will bring her to Small Group where I can hold her the entire time. I’m posting her gallery now, so I thought I’d post a quick image of this beautiful, little girl…
What a beautiful photo of my precious baby girl. Amazing job Christy! I promise I am bringing her to Small Group soon. 🙂 Thank you again, I LOVE this photo.
When I joined my first Small Group 10 years ago, I was introduced to a newly-married couple who, although I didn’t know it at the time, would become two people who would both strongly impact my life. As we all got acquainted that first Tuesday night, I realized Chuck was a hard-working, good-looking, slow-to-speak kind-of guy. But behind his thoughtful words and rugged looks, the thing I loved most about Chuck was his relationship with God and Erin. Erin, equally as wonderful as Chuck, was totally different. She was friendly, funny and spoke what was on her mind. She had so many qualities that I admired, but the thing I remember most was her respect and admiration for Chuck. It was obvious to all of us how much she adored him.
Chuck & Erin recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary with their family at their new home in the country…
After a few pictures to mark their special celebration, we quickly got in ‘play‘ clothes and enjoyed the rest of our evening outside…
The kids enjoyed one of their favorite activities… taking their canoe out!
I left this session with way too many images happy that Chuck & Erin have allowed me to capture so many of their family’s memories over the past years. It’s always a treat to watch their kids play and experience the love that Chuck & Erin STILL have for one another.

Oh my goodness, friend. What a BEAUTIFUL family! i DREAM of the day that just my two kids will look at the camera and each one smile 🙂 And you got all FOUR of theirs to do it!!! you’re fabulous!!!
Her mom scheduled a session next month for the entire family, but she really wanted to document THIS stage in Marley’s life. (Which, to me, is one of the BEST ages to photograph babies!) So now, Marley has PLENTY of photos that capture her smiles, faces and beauty!
Here are just a FEW from Marley’s session…
Mack & Maya- I can’t wait to photograph your family in May!
From the moment I walked into their home, everyone around was raving about baby Michael.
Lindsey’s parents seemed to already be deeply in love.
Lindsey’s best friend was quick to tell me what a great baby he was.
Michael was also totally crazy about his little boy.
But this was NOTHING compared to the LOVE and EXCITEMENT that spilled out of Lindsey! She is clearly head-over-heels in love with her little boy. It was very evident how happy he has already made her!
Thanks, Lindsey & Michael! I can’t wait to watch this sweet guy grow-up!
We could not be happier with the photographs! Thank you Christy for capturing such sweet moments of the most exciting time in our lives. These pictures will be cherished!
[…] they drove such a long way for a session! Then, after moving back to Georgia the following year, Erin scheduled a Lifestyle Session for their growing family at their beautiful home in the country. Although it had been a while since I’d last photographed their family, I stayed in touch […]
