We took the kids to the Phoenix Zoo on Saturday. Our close friends, Aaron & Hayley, decided to come along with us.
It’s funny… I use to go to the zoo carrying two different lens in hopes of getting some great animal shots.
Now, I go to the zoo carrying a diaper bag filled with wetwipes and snacks in hopes of leaving with both kids happy and ready for a nap.

Good thing Matthew doesn’t check this blog very often. Chances are, he wouldn’t be too excited about me posting a picture of him growling at the camera. I don’t blame him, but, I couldn’t resist. I thought it was another great picture Aaron took for me.
Aaron, took this picture while I was on the carousel with Rayna. (I think he told Ross to growl like a lion. Not sure. I was too busy keeping a very nervous little girl from screaming her lungs out on her first carousel ride. In any case, I just love this picture! (Thanks, Aaron!)
