Abbey & Benjamin

Abbey is a very creative and expressive little girl.  During our shoot, I got quite a few angry tiger faces.  (Actually, I think those were Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer faces.)  In any cases, I started to post one, but wanted to show off her pretty smiles instead.
At first, Benjamin was more interested in making sure his mom stayed close by.   However, after he realized I was just there to have fun, he started to really enjoy himself and have fun with us.

Charles, Stephanie, Ashton & Ainsley

I have a lot of clients tell me, “There are just too many!  How am I going to pick?”  Although I REALLY, REALLY try to only give families 30 images to choose from, there are many times where it’s impossible.
Ashton and Ainsley are great examples.  I could have been finished with the Sneak Peek AND online gallery yesterday, but I decided to take a little extra time and include all of the images from their session.  It’s not completely my fault… if these kids weren’t so incredibly cute, I wouldn’t have this problem.

Quick Update

I’ll write lots more later, but I’ve gotta keep this post short.  I’m in the middle of Go Diego Go,  several orders and a house full of moving boxes.   No, that is NOT a type-o…  I said MOVING BOXES.

Long story short:  We found out on Friday we will be moving to Georgia with a new job Matthew accepted.   I have tons of things I want to share about it, but for now, I just wanted to update everyone.

If you had a session last weekend, your Sneak Peeks and gallery will be ready soon.  I have a special session tonight (Rayna and our friends Aaron & Hayley) and four more this weekend.  Stay tuned…

Meanwhile, the main reason for this post:  If you’d like to take advantage of my super-quick turn around process for getting your prints and enlargements ordered, please have your order to me by Tuesday, November 18th.  Otherwise, all orders will be placed the following week when we arrive in Georgia.

I can’t wait to share more details later!

Taylor

I really don’t know what else to say.  I guess I should mention the fact that Taylor is a senior and was somewhat on a time crunch for these photographs.  Four days after these images were taken, her incredibly beautiful hair was all cut off and donated to Locks of Love.  If she decides to pursue something other than dancing in the future, my vote is modeling!

Lee, Judy, Jackson & Brady

Jackson and Brady were not like most children.  (Mine included!)  They actually loved having their photos taken.  Jackson turned out to be a wonderful assistant.  I let him help me take a few pictures and he was hooked!  He kept wanting to take pictures of his parents together.  It was very sweet.  So sweet, in fact, I was tempted to steal him and take him home with me.

Doug & Kim

NOTE TO SELF:
After photographing a wedding, work really hard the days following to get the Sneak Peeks loaded on the blog.  This will make bride happy JUST IN CASE she is on her honeymoon in the Caribbean anxiously checking the blog each day for wedding images.

Kim- Enjoy the images and the last few days of your honeymoon!  Thanks for allowing me to share in your special, wonderful and beautiful day!

Emily, Ryan and family

You’ve got to love a family who is willing to lay in (wet) grass just for a picture.   You’ve also got to love Emily and Ryan who showered me in hugs after our shoot.  Maybe it’s just me, but I can see their sweetness shining through in all of their images.
