Meet Jackson…

I love photography for a million reasons.  In addition to giving people memories that will last forever, meeting wonderful families and being able to express myself creatively, there’s another reason I look so forward to my shoots each week… the car ride!
Since most of my ‘normal’ time is spent singing Leap Frog songs or listening to Ross and Rayna talk, I really enjoy the quiet time I soak-up on the way to my shoots.   Since Missy and Marty live over an hour away from me, I had plenty of time to listen to Dr. Laura Schlessinger (talk-radio), talk to God, worship and, last but not least, stop on the side of the road to take a few pictures.  (For the record, this isn’t my first encounter with these cuties.  I had a pet pig in middle school.  Lived inside.  Potty-trained.  Ate bacon like nobody’s business.  Loved that pig.)

Okay… on to the super-cute, super-sweet Jackson.  You probably remember Missy & Marty’s maternity session a few weeks ago.  I just fell in love with Jackson.  Take a look at the wrinkled and soft skin on his back…

I have a feeling this will be a very popular spot for Jackson- on his daddy’s chest…
